I have been here twice. The first time nothing bad happened but nothing special happened either. Then I go in ask if they take walk in for a french acrylic tip. She said yes (owner) had me sit. She started painting my nails I stopped her and asked about the tips. She said tips just mean a tip of the nail is painted. Wrong. She then continued to do it even though I told her it wasn’t what I wanted. Then because my nails are so short (why I wanted the fake acrylic tips) she got the gel clear coat on my skin and burned my skin every time she reaplyed it. Than I go to pay. I double check she take card and she says yes but than adds “next time if you bring cash I won’t charge you tax. I don’t charge tax on cash.” $27 and change. Fine for it I didn’t care for the price. I won’t fight in the store with her. I tell her she can charge a $3 tip and she then proceed to say “ok I charged you $40” Now I’m pissed. I have half a mind to go back on Monday and demand my money back. The nerve to deliberately give herself a $12 tip when I told her $3 on something I didn’t want and had hurt. But she could have let me leave before she put the polish on but she wouldn’t let me. She is a criminal. She charged me more than I authorized,didn’t give me what I wanted, caused me pain (I have fibromyalgia so I have nerve damage in my hands so the gel burned when the UV light hit it. Felt like I had touched the stove but than to blanently state she won’t charge tax to cash customers. Not only illegal but your now rewarding everyone who pays in cash a discount that only can apply to customers who break the law. NO STARS!!!!!

Lilly did an absolute amazing job with me, didn’t realize I had ingrown nails & she really worked with me & explained what she was doing. Very friendly, welcoming & thankful for everything. 🥺💓She took her time with me & this was my first time there today & I will definitely be back when I am in need of another pedicure. 100% recommended to anyone.👍

Very meticulous. Took me as a walk-in on a busy day, but didn’t rush, even though someone was waiting. Very kind and friendly. Loved the foot and calf massage, my feet felt amazing and soft after. Will return.
