I love dream nails!! The owner is always courteous, always professional. I always walk out with perfect nails, never have had an issue. & they always last! Prices are great! This will continue to be my nail place. Highly recommend.

I am honestly appalled by the service that I had today. I wanted to get a basic set of acrylics done and l asked for a round shape of light pink nails and my nails were the wrong shape along with bleeding cuticles and the guy that was doing my nails began to be very rude to me about my concerns. He made my nails and almond shape and then began to fill in the acrylics with dip because he filed them the wrong shape. After this, he began talking to the lady beside him and rolling his eyes at me. When I told the manager of the salon, he proceeded to say that it was my fault for being indecisive and this is when I told him I showed the nail artist my inspiration picture and that’s exactly what I wanted.
I have never been treated that way in a nail salon and I don’t think that I will go back because of this experience. I’m sure that the manger will respond to this post and demean what I am saying like he does to everyone that leaves bad reviews.

Good pedicure but very poor social skills. Felt rushed even though I had an appointment. Had to remove pads from toes and very hard to get up due to previous back surgery. No help from lady.

Love my nails they look great! Came off a recommendation of a friend and they did amazing. I love the shape and color of my nails, I feel confident to ask them for another design now that I know they do a great job. The place is very clean, they have lots of color options which I liked, especially lots of neutrals which is my go to, I was going elsewhere where colors were limited. They were also very quick, considering it was a fill and change of color my nails look like new! I did schedule an appt in advance, and my appt went smooth. Thank you!
