I am a regular at Austin Springs and always enjoy my visits. Always very clean and professional. Today I may or may not have proposed marriage to my nail technician. THE BEST pedicure I have ever had. She was amazing, all I could think about during the pedicure is how much I didn’t want it to end. If you want a beautiful finished product and feel amazing
during…ask for Tonya. She is officially my new favorite tech!

I was gifted the Total Indulgence package and was super excited to spend 4 hours being pampered. My appointment time was 1pm, When I arrived several other clients were waiting in the lobby. I was quickly checked in and taken back to relax, I sat for 30 mins, the hot stone pedicure was 1st, I was given a very basic pedicure with regular polish, no hot stones or gel polish was offered. I was told to head over for my manicure, the package does not list a manicure and when I scheduled the appointment they did not mention a manicure, so I told her thank you but I had just had one done that week so I didn’t need one. She went to walk me out and I told her I had a facial and massage also scheduled for that day (so clear she didn’t know what service she was supposed to provide). I decided not to let the “missed” hot stones impact my experience and let it go, I sat for another 30 mins and was told my lunch was ready. I opted for the turkey and avocado wrap, it was very basic and I felt like an outcast sitting in one of the 3 tiny tables alone -would suggest a small charcuterie-style option to graze on versus the options offered. After another 45 mins, Sara called me back for my facial. Sara was the highlight of my day as the facial was amazing, however, I told her my toes had just been done with regular polish so I was going to leave my toes outside the covers while she performed my facial. She started my facial and next thing I know she is rubbing a liquid on my feet, wrapping them in a plastic bag and heated booties. After the facial I felt the polish sticking to the bags as she took them off. Sarah sat me back in the waiting room and said your massage isn’t until 5pm so you can sit, enjoy the sauna etc (1 hour and 15 mins wait). Timothy came to get me for the massage and apologized as no rooms were available and that was the reason for the delay. Only 1 door to a treatment room was shut in the entire treatment area and it was Sara’s facial room. Any spa treatment I have ever done, I am asked if it is ok for a male massage therapist, I was not asked and because I knew it was already 515pm and another massage therapist was not an option, while the massage was great and Timothy was a professional it was still uncomfortable for me. Timothy did a great job, and offered me water. Once I was dressed, he ewalked me directly to the front desk (making it clear it was closing time). One of the ladies said that is $358 today, I told her I booked with a gift card and she said “oh, do you want to leave gratuity”. I told her it was my understanding from my husband (who bought the gift card) and the lady who I booked the appointment with on the phone that gratuity was already paid. I was told “oh no, would you like to tip?” The other lady at the desk said “well she refused the manicure, so lets take that off and use it as tip”. This is when I couldn’t be silent anymore, I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. I told her that a manicure was not in the package nor did anyone tell me it was included when I booked, I told her I also did not receive a hot stone pedicure, just a pedicure and that doing the pedicure first ruined my toes when the facial was done”. Neither girl acknowledged my words, and then said “keep the gel pedicure on there, remove the manicure”, I told them it was not a gel pedicure and again my toes were ruined if they wanted to see. The one girl in the sweatshirt (again, feel for this level of facility the attire should be more than a sweatshirt at the front desk), said “well you are all set”. I know my mouth was open as I turned to walk away knowing I would have to schedule a polish change asap for my destroyed toes. I hope you use the information in this review to make some minor but necessary changes to your process.

My wife and I did a weekend getaway after being referred here by several friends and we were not disappointed. My wife said the soak and massage was the best she ever had and she loved her facial and pedi as well. Keshia was my massage therapist and the best massage experience I’ve had! She addressed all my problem areas and did a body wrap to help get all the toxins out. I left feeling amazing

I enjoyed the massage and the masseuse was nice, but I bought 60 minutes and it was ended after less than 40. I understand stopping at 50 to make time for the client to get dressed and not rush, but it felt a little unfair being I paid for an hour. The spa is beautiful, though.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly welcoming and professional. My experience has been only full body massages and they never disappoint. Calm sounds, low lit rooms with calming yet gentle scents and always a warm table. The massage oils soften my skin just right and the therapists have always been responsive if I need more or less pressure. I feel so at peace after my sessions.
