Kendall represented herself to be competent at hair extension along with color however, even with many many photos along with her assurance she knew how to cut hair, color and extensions, the end result showed incompetence. it was nothing like the photo in length, cut, color, or style. I asked her to fix my hair as it was to be highlighted as I’m blonde, she gave me stripes and brown. She agreed to correct it but kept putting it off. Then when I went for the appointment, she refused to fix the damage and then I found out she is unlicensed.
She is not currently licensed to do hair even though she is doing hair today.
