My daughter & I walked in without an appointment today & were served in a quick & timely manner. They were VERY busy due to it being Mother’s Day weekend, but greeted every person & was always checking on each client. The service was pleasant from start to finish. It was clean, organized, & they had SO MANY colors to choose from. We are both very satisfied with our nails. My daughter had a picture from pinterest that she wanted & the lady who did her nails, was able to give her what she requested. We will defiantly be back! (:

I went to get my nails done three weeks ago today and they look like I’ve had the for over five weeks. Not to mention when I went to take them off it left a whole in my nail so I can see under my nail after slamming it in a car door over a month before I got them done. Also the girl took a $10 tip when I paid with my card without asking if I wanted to tip. Ended up paying $81 for a $70 job. Reply: I had to take them off early bc they didn’t cut my cuticles or put oil on them so the nails grew out almost immediately. For the price I paid they should be there for a month at least, I showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she gave little effort to do them that way she basically stuck a sticker on my finger. My finger was shut in a car door before I went to have them done, so after the poor job that was done I had to remove them myself with a glue melter and it took a process of my nail leaving a Hole in it. Idk what you were saying abt a windshield but this place used to do good nails now I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back. I understand you can find more customers but what do you do when people know people and they don’t recommend you place I’m sure there’s cheaper options that can give m the same quality as I was provided.

Terrible service and awful job. My left thumb chipped upon immediately leaving the store and my right thumb nail looks crinkly like something is underneath the polish. I went in for a fill in and was charged the same price as my mother who got a full set done and could not confirm why I was charged that much. I did get a simple geometric design on 2 of my nails but they could not tell me if that affected the price. There was a brief discussion in their native language between the 2 workers and then a price was just givej with no explanation. There was only 2 people working and instead of starting and finishing someone they would cut this person’s nails then move to the next person to file theirs and then the next to paint their nails. They did this with 5 people at once and it took an hour and a half to get my fill in finished. I will never darken their doorway again and discourage others from going there as well. I have paid the same price elsewhere for much higher quality and more complex nails.
