Originally came in for a small half inch trim to take out dead hair. Decided to do layers And ask her to keep the length. Worst experience of my life. I came in with hair down to my butt. Left With 75% of my hair cut off. it was choppy. The layers were uneven disaster. After all of this while the manager was watching this all occurred, she never stepped in and then insisted that I had to pay. If it wasn’t for the stylist offering to pay out of her own money. I would have had to pay for the service will never come again.

Very uncomfortable experience. stylist was late to appointment and then continued to make excuses as to why she was late for at least half the hair cut. Then went on to how she was the manager so it didn’t matter she was late she could just “make it up later”. The Hair cut itself was terribly done. She made a big mistake on my right side then continued to say I’ll just do the same to your left side “no biggie.” She also completely forgot to buzz my right side burn and when I brought it up she made sarcastic comments about how “ya we can double check””and “customers always right””I’m always wrong”. Highly suggest to avoid the manager of this place. I’m fairly certain the owner is very friendly and does a great job. You gottta get lucky to get her though.

I had many issues with the price, the cut and professionalism. My boyfriend and I went to get a haircut and there was only one lady which is fine. His haircut was alright but when she started doing my hair she asked us normal questions but asked about his job, then started accusing him about a burger she had (where he worked) that was not good/raw. Even after he repeated he didn’t work on the day she was served. After, she rushed through my haircut quickly pulling the comb threw my hair causing pain, parts of my bangs and hair missing multiple spots, and we payed $50.00 for just two cuts nothing else. While doing both of our hair she constantly got on her phone in the middle of our cuts.
My mother ended up fixing her mistakes. I never complain about things but this was ridiculous.

They were great! I brought my daughter there as a walk in. She is due to have a baby any second so it was last minute. Not only did they see her, they did a cut and color. Stephanie did an awesome job on her hair! I ended up getting my hair cut too though I hadn’t planned on it. Conner was amazing. This is the best haircut I’ve had in a long time, and I am not easily pleased. I’ve had trouble with my hair since losing it because of chemo. It grew back with an unruly texture and he had the expertise to address my issues. Very kind and professional staff! Thanks, you guys for making us feel pretty while we wait for this baby to be born!

The lady who cut my fiancés hair kept looking at someone’s phone while continuing to cut his hair. His hair was way to short afterward and did not look good at all. If I could do zero stars I would.
