Lumpy and ugly. I booked through Instagram thinking the person that posts the cute sets on there was going to do my nails and they didn’t. Ended up painting over the design I had planned because it didn’t turn out right.
Update: Tristan got in touch with me and offered to fix my nails for free. He does really good work. If you decide to go here I’d recommend him or go through the reviews and ask for someone mentioned there. He was able to execute the design I wanted.

Anna did my nails today. I went in not really knowing what I wanted other than pink and white ombré and a design on one finger. She did an amazing job and I love how my nails turned out!!

I came down to Tennessee from WV for the weekend as my boyfriend and I were attending a wedding. A couple of days prior to me going to OP I had a very bad experience at a nail salon up in VA. I was looking for a quick fix as I hated my old nails so much. When I DM’d OP on Instagram I got a reply within minutes, Tristan stated he would fit me in to fix them and we set up a time. Tristan and I talked about what the route we would go to fix them, he had stated he had wished he could remove them all and start fresh but due to our limited timing he was going to do his absolute best to make sure they were shaped correctly and filed properly. Tristan, thank you for going above and beyond and making me happy and making sure my nails looked great for the wedding, I truly appreciate you and everything you did!!!!! (Photos posted were before Tristan and after: the ones he did were the milk white nails)

I moved up to JC two years ago and tried 3 salons before I stuck with one and it’s been OP ever since! I am very picky about my nails and Kelly does amazing everytime. If you’re looking for a design or just basic color she amazing and will have your nails looking brand new.
