I got a full set with a single line design, nothing crazy. Firstly she kept yanking my arm over the counter when I was as far as I could go. I showed her a reference photo and told her I wanted the design, shape, and length. The shape was round/oval.. she gave me stiletto, so I had to request her fix it. She kept yelling at me to put my hand all the way in the curator when it was already as far as it could go without hitting. I would ask her to fix something and she would huff and puff at me as if I was not paying and tipping for a service. I got blue French tips and the blue was way thicker on some fingers than others. When I asked her to fix it she told me she couldn’t and I asked if she couldn’t just use the polish remover to thin it out and she said no. So I said okay, I can have it fixed somewhere else, and she yanked my arm and drilled off all of the polish when that wasn’t necessary at all. She drilled my skin to the point of bleeding and then tried to tell me it was a hang nail… funny, I didn’t have any before I went in there but if I did, drilling my skin is not the way to fix it. Not to mention there is polish all over my fingers. She was the most aggressive, unfriendly, untalented nail tech I have ever had.. and charged $70 for an extremely mediocre job. I normally do not complain about nails because I understand it’s hard and people ask for difficult designs.. but I asked for a single line.. takes very little skill. I wouldn’t go back to this salon if you paid me nor would I EVER recommend to a single person. (The brown nails are the reference picture.)

I had never been in this nail salon before. I called and made an appointment with Bri and she was amazing! She made me feel right at home and listened to all my preferences. My nails have never been done better! I will be going back to see her!

My daughter and I came to get pedicures and it was the most rushed service I have ever received. 4 hours later the gel polish has chipped off my toes because half of it was on my skin and then the gentleman polishing my daughters toes did not even put polish on her pinky toes.

I’ve been here 3 different times now and though the service is decent the quality struggles. Everytime my polish is not smooth, my cuticles are trashed, and my nails look lifted. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I have been following Natalie (currently at VIP nails) for over 16 years. She is literally the best! My nails are always gorgeous! She is so kind and easy to work with! Also, she is the only one who can take care of ingrown if needed!
