Went in twice with different hairstylists for a haircut and style had amazing service and the hair cut looked amazing. The only reason I put two stars is because they couldn’t give me a non frizzy blow out. I normally do blow outs on myself and never had an issue with frizz so it’s a bit frustrating when both stylists told me that since my hair is naturally curly it’s unachievable. I would rather stylists tell me they don’t know how to achieve a blow out on curly hair. Aside from that they are both very skilled hairstylists it’s just they don’t have much experience with blow outs on curly hair.

I went to Hello Gorgeous on a whim one afternoon looking for a barber to shave my face before an important job interview. I also decided I would get my hair cut while I was there just to save time. Rachel was the one who answered the phone that day and she also happened to be the barber who did my haircut and face shave. I had no idea what to expect never having been to this location and also never having had my face shaved professionally and I was very very very fortunate to have someone so well qualified to take care of my needs. Rachel is unlike any stylist I have ever been to throughout my lifetime of hair cuts. She actually listened to what I had to say about the style I wanted — she didn’t try to do her own thing or convince me that her recommendation was better than mine. She also never asked me 20 questions like most stylists have done in the past. I don’t always want to chat when I’m sitting in a cozy chair getting my hair combed and snipped. Sometimes I just need to relax.
After my first service experience with Rachel I definitely wanted to schedule more. She was more than accommodating with my tumultuous work schedule and has always found a way to “make it work” when it became tricky. Since I’ve been seeing Rachel for the past few years, I have received nothing but what I consider to be the best service I have had in my life. One special thing about my haircut experience(s) with Rachel is that she always shaved my neck with a straight edge — a next level kind of attention to detail that not only do I appreciate, but I NEED. The first time she did my eyebrows I was shocked with how great they turned out. I have expected to lose all my eyebrow manliness and have pointy, thin, and super-shaped eyebrows. No, she took care of my problem areas while respecting/complimenting their natural shape.
Rachel is extremely professional, extremely talented, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I can confidently say that if you are looking for a wonderful salon experience— Hello Gorgeous will exceed all expectations! Ask for Rachel!

I loved this place! First time trying highlights and evening out a haircut that didn’t break the bank, Jaimee took great care of me. She understood what I asked for and didn’t try to push me past what I was comfortable with. Atmosphere was fun and relaxing. 100% recommend!

I went here and had jordan and she was sooo good I loved my hair iv went to her ever since and have gotten my hair dark light cut all of it and it was amazing! She didnt my brows for me and very good at keep a conversation going and communicates very well!

I would rate the place negative stars if I could. I had requested a balayage with money pieces, and walked out with a bad obre. The top of my hair was my natural hair color, the next section was a burnt orange, and the remainder of my hair was a yellowy blonde. I had always had healthy hair, and was told multiple times during the appointment that the texture of my hair would remain healthy, which was a lie, my hair was bleached/fried very badly.
