Such a wonderful massage with Bill. Bill was great about asking about pressure level and adjusting if needed, but really worked on areas I had mentioned prior to my massage. When I lost something, Kayla and staff went above and beyond to try to find it. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will be back!

Warning, the best interest of the customer are not a value at this company. I accidently purchased a gift card here and I and my family live 3-12 hours away from this location. I tried to call immediately after the purchase and emailed (several times). It took them nearly 3 days to respond. They are unwilling to refund my $180 and told me I could purchase products. They won’t refund on products that don’t work or cause allergic reactions either. I’m not interested in running a business in the ground, but for the love of God they won’t even cancel a gift card that my bank has not yet cleared payment for. I’m going to do what I can to fight this through my bank. Is there no shame felt for ripping g people off like this?
Note, when I accidently purchased from the wrong place I was not directed to their website policies. Accidents do indeed happen and I can’t believe this isn’t understood.

As a man suffering from acne and acne scarring. I set up to get a facial for the first time. Not going to lie getting a facial as a man, was kinda embarrassing. But Kimberly the esthetician, was very professional helped me feel comfortable with going. She was kind and gentle with everything she did. She did great explaining what everything was and how it may make my skin feel before she applied it so sudden tingling or burning sensations were not a surprise. I high recommend Kimberly when going to purity!
