I feel like I need to leave a review because if I would have read the reviews before I scheduled my appointment, I probably wouldn’t have come. I had a FANTASTIC experience. This was my first time here, and I had Kevin for a pedicure. I do hair, so I work long hours on my feet. I have also broken both my feet in the past, so although a foot massage is much needed, I’m also very sensitive to certain types of pressure in certain spots on my feet. This was hands down the BEST foot massage I’ve ever had. He wasn’t too rough, but was still very effective. I wasn’t feeling too talkative because I was enjoying my me time, and he respected that. I’ve also seen a lot of reviews saying they feel rushed, but I actually enjoyed how efficient he was. I avoid getting my nails done very often because I hate how time consuming it is. I felt like I got a wonderful service in an efficient amount of time that I didn’t have to schedule my whole day around. This place was great & I will definitely be going to Kevin again for my pedicures!

I have gone to this nail salon twice now. Asked for fairly simple nails both times yet the outcome was not as it was supposed to be. Acrylic nails broke off in 3 days after getting them done. They cut my fingers while cleaning up my cuticles. Glue was all over my fingers. Nail polish was globbed underneath the nail tips. Not to mention when you need nails removed they just pull them off your natural nail. They dont soak them off. Over priced for the quality of service. Do not recommend and will never be going back.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. The nail tech I had rushed my whole appointment. Was pinching and pushing my hands around, and cut both of my pinkies. My nails are crooked and look bad.
EDIT: The owner reached out and was very kind. I was able to get my nails redone at no charge. I appreciate the want to make experiences better!

I would like to start this off with that I have never been a client and never will be now. My best friend called me in an absolute rage because of the nail she got and the way she was treated while there. Not only did they not give her what she asked for but charged her extra for a service she did not want. She wanted short square nails. She got long crooked mess. There is nail glue and gel polish all over her fingers and cuticles. Her cuticles were bleeding when she left. I am a licensed nail tech as well and I am horrified by the techs you’ve hired and allowed to work on clients when they are clearly not professional enough. On top of the awful nails she was being mad fun of (in another language that I understand and heard since I was on the phone with her.) then had the audacity to say she cut herself (I’m sorry what!?). Thankfully the manager was apologetic but this was extremely unprofessional.

Came in wanting a really simple rose gold shellac manicure with French tip. I showed them my inspiration picture and the tech said OK yeah I can do that. I end up leaving with sloppy drawn white tips with cracks in them. Then I was charged $45. Which should be the cost of like acrylic nails, not poorly done shellac, not what I asked for nails. They told me it was extra for chrome which I did not ask for, and didn’t okay since I asked for rose gold not chrome. To make it worse whatever they put on and called jt chrome looks no different than just a regular nail bed but clear coat. Will not be coming back ever.
