I had a pedi and a new set of acrylic. The nail tech was awesome while removing the old product. My nails are thin, and she did not hurt me like most do. She asked me every step of the way if that is good.

The pedi was relaxing. The tech took care and was patient to my being ticklish when she was removing the previous gel polish.
