Decent pedicure, just painted over old polish though. Was never given the option to select different options once I refused gel and a manicure. I was intending on getting a deluxe pedicure. Would I have been treated better then? I get to do something for myself maybe once or twice a year. I always choose between nails and hair. For the first time in my life I left without leaving a tip. Highly disappointed and sad. They offered to repaint my nails but I was startimg to cry and just wanted to pay and leave. So sad. It was an okay worth a $5 dollar tip pedicure until I realized he painted over old nail polish. Who does that?

I visited the salon for a removal and to get a new set, but unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. Despite calling ahead of time and having an appointment, I was made to wait for an hour past my scheduled time. This was quite frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the nail technician did not soak my nails during the removal process. Instead, she used an acrylic to push under my nail and clipped, which extremely painful causing major discomfort and even hurting my feelings with her rude attitude towards me for stating it was painful. It’s disheartening when a place you’ve frequented doesn’t provide the level of service you expect, especially when you were excited to visit. As a result of this negative experience, I have decided not to return to this salon. I would caution others against coming here if they value promptness and honoring appointment times.

My wife went to get her nails done before a big occasion and the nails turned out NOTHING like the photo she gave. Almost made me throwup seeing what she got vs what she wanted. Don’t know if it was a one time thing but she will not be going back🤬😡😒

I wasn’t going to make a review but this just really upsets me. Didn’t get a name but a woman in her late 20’s or early 30’s did this. I tried having a conversation with her but the only thing I got was that she’s been married for 5 years. But I mean come on she didn’t even take care of my cuticles. And she RUSHED me out of my seat. She’s honestly lucky I’m still nice enough to leave her a tip even if she gave me terrible service. I won’t be coming back here again because of her.

Got a pedicure and the person doing my nails filed THROUGH 2 of my toenails. My toes still hurt. Definitely won’t be back.
