I got the indulge package and Casey was wonderful with my vichy gold experience and my massage. He was fun and made everything more relaxing! Faith did a great job and was upfront and honest about my skin and did a great job during my facial! definitely will return!

Casey’s deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed after intense strength training left my muscles sore and tight. His communication throughout the treatment made me feel at ease, and his knowledge and skill were evident as he worked on my sensitive muscle areas. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready for my next gym day! I will be returning for more treatments. Highly recommend Casey for anyone seeking effective muscle relief!

I had a massage and facial at the Grove Spa last week. WOW!!! What a great experience! I was visiting someone in Springfield and went to Spa for some much needed R&R, now I wish I could live close by so I could return to the Spa every week!!!
Overall a very wonderful experience from the front desk personnel to the massage therapist to the esthetician who was just the sweetest girl! Highly recommend this place!

I had a disappointing experience with the management at Grove Spa, particularly with the manager who mishandled my appointment. I needed to reschedule due to a court obligation, and despite my clear communication and confirmation for a new appointment on Monday at 8 AM, she scheduled it incorrectly for the same day I called. Strangely, she also avoided stating her name during our interactions, possibly realizing her mistake. She later denied our original agreement, which was highly unprofessional. The massage therapist was exceptional and provided an excellent deep tissue massage, but the management’s lack of honesty and organization overshadowed this. Be vigilant with your appointments and confirmations, and watch for unexpected charges. I was charged for a massage I didn’t even book. Proceed with caution here!
