I got my nails done on Tuesday. It’s now Friday and my $65 dollar, 2 hour manicure is chipping and my nails are ripping off at the tips. I was happy with how kind the staff was, but I don’t know why my manicure cost more than that of the girl I went with; her nail art looked better, took longer, and was on the same nails as mine. She paid $60 whereas they charged me $65.
The two friends who went with me waited about an hour past when their nails were done for me to finish. Half an hour of that time the nail tech spent trying to clean his airbrush. When he finally gave up, he asked another nail tech to come and finish my manicure. It took her 10-15 minutes, my nails looked as if I did them myself with regular polish, and I was charged more that that mentioned friend.
My cuticles do not normally look this dry/cracked. And that natural nail cannot be growth, it’s has to be poor paint application, because it’s only been three days since I got them done.
Update: I called the salon and they told me I could come in and they would issue me a refund. I came in and they took a look at my nails. The owner was called over, who did my manicure, and he offered to redo the nails. I wasn’t happy with the last experience (like waiting an extra 30 minute while he tried to fix the machine) and I didn’t want to wait through another manicure. I’m upset that they asked me to come in, just to be told something different in person.
Will not be going back to or recommending Nails Plus and Supply.

I called in for an appointment, when I got there I was taken right away. I was a little apprehensive because I have never been happy before with a man doing my nails but Kenny did a phenomenal job! I got a new set of pink and white acrylics. Not only did Kenny do a fantastic job but I was out of there in 45 minutes! Perfect timing to be able to get done on my lunch break!

Jhon did a very good job switching me from acrylic nails to Diamond Gel with my French Tip nails. I am very satisfied!

Called and scheduled a GEL-X full set. They did not say they do not do gel X. I showed up, and it wasn’t until the nails were already prepped that I noticed she wasn’t putting the clear gel nails on- and when I said, I wanted the GEL-X with the tips, she said “oh you mean acrylic”? Well no I did not mean acrylic I wanted gel but they don’t offer them and they didn’t disclose that. I recommend you guys look into offering Gel-x- looks SO much better than acrylic. I needed some tips because I just moved and broke almost all of my nails, and my thumbnails were growing into the skin and leaving me with deep cuts, so what with the acrylic and I’m not thrilled.

Super friendly and clean environment. The woman who filled my nails was nice and quick. My nails aren’t too thick. The ladies working on my kiddos were so sweet and made their day. Plus they’re open on Sundays 🙌
