Yesterday I took my daughter here for her birthday and we got our nails done and pedicures as well. Anna and Lilly did my full set nails and my pedicure and they did a fabulous job. Also, I went in wanting a cat eye effect on my nails and they did a great job with creating the look I wanted. Everyone is super nice and the salon is gorgeous.

I had an awful experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure hoping to have my calluses removed, but instead of addressing that, the technician tried to upsell me on additional services. She barely used a scraper on my toes before rushing to apply oil and charged me $75 without even removing the calluses.

Then, to add insult to injury, when I asked about the calluses, the technician suggested using conditioner in the shower. If that’s the case, why am I paying for a professional pedicure? My dead skin wasn’t removed at all, despite the service clearly stating “callouses removed.” Now my toes are polished but sitting on hard, rough feet – what sense does this make?

To top it off, the nail technician, Jenn, then passed me over to Vinnie for my nails. He convinced me to get a dip, promising it would feel natural and wouldn’t bulk up my nails. However, despite my request to maintain my nail length, he kept filing until they were short, thick, and uneven.

I am beyond upset; my nails look and feel horrible. The service was not relaxing at all. It seems they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I regret going there and would advise against it. They seem to solicit positive reviews in the salon to boost their ratings, but they truly do not prioritize customer comfort or preferences.

I prefer a natural look, and this overlay is far from what I wanted. It’s disappointing to be stuck with these plastic-looking nails after such a disappointing experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and promptly attended to. The staff made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided personalized recommendations that suited my needs. They have a small collection of colors. I had dip powder on my natural nails with different colors on different nails. Nails shape and length came out uneven. Color bleeds onto my cuticles. They charged extra for having different colors on different nails without telling me first. The nail tech was not helpful or had patience. My nails are just ugly now. I paid full price + tip, worst money ever spent. Will never come back.

I came on 7/19. Tammy did my ultimate pedicure with shellac. She left spots, didn’t file my toes, didn’t cut the cuticles, showed me that she’ll do a 9 minute massage but the whole time she just put lotion on my legs but no real massage. Annabelle manager for the day said that they won’t charge me for the pedicure yet when I went to pay for my manicure by Kelly, she had the pedicure charges added. They didn’t care that I had to bear the burning with Acetone, all the extra time that I wasted, missed my meetings. We won’t be coming here again. This place was empty for a reason and it’s their bad customer service and unprofessional staff.
Ryan is a much better manager.
