Update: The same young woman responded very quickly to my review and tried to fix my nails the next day but I didn’t show up… I had to come the next day. Still she was very nice and patient and now I’m happy with my service! That place wouldn’t run without her! No wonder she is the owner… With that being said I still won’t return. Just isn’t the place for me….

Horrible!!! Very unprofessional! My nails look horrible it took 3 people to the “try* to do them. When the first guy failed anoth r lady helped me. Then we got interrupted by another client who was upset about the turn out of her toes… Then the nail tecy doing my nails stopped and switched. The other lady started putting my top coat on while talking bad about the client who didn’t like her toes. All the while messing up my nails even more so the other lady had to come back and fix them again so now the color is faded from having to file them so much and they still charged me 50$!!!!!!!!!!! Without caring at all about experience… Insane!!!

I went In for a last minute walk in for a French tip gel manicure. I got sat with Tom and he was amazing did such a nice job and was fast! I even got a complimentary water. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and welcoming!

My nail technician was nice, but the service that I got was not the best. I have been growing my natural nails out for three months and when she was removing the previous acrylic that was on top of my natural nails she shoved a nail extension under the acrylic overlay instead of removing them properly and she broke off 4 of my natural nails because she was too lazy to remove the acrylic correctly. Then when she replaced them with extensions they were not filed straight. So I now have 4 crooked nails that look bad. She also put so much acrylic on my nails that they felt too heavy and uncomfortable, when I told her that they were too thick she acknowledged me but she didn’t fix them. After leaving the salon my nails are still experiencing a lot of discomfort. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I went here. They did a really great job! It was her first time and they treated her well and made it feel special. She did a really cute design on my nails. They are so talented and kind! Shout out to Cindy and Jimmy!
