The best set of nails I’ve ever had. My artist paid great attention to detail. Fast, efficient, pleasant and a very reasonable price. This is Ft. Collins’ best kept secret but this secret needs to get out! Been to the other salons around, this was the best result BY FAR. 10/10 highly recommended.

Really love how my nails came out. I asked them to do a Halloween theme and they were patient with me since I super rarely get my nails done. Also got my toes done there too and my feet feel really good and are really soft. I waited until I moved back up here from Texas to get this stuff done, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Will go back again!

Rose is amazing! Sweetest person to talk to and does a wonderful job on my nails every time! I always go in for dip on my real nails and a gel pedi, and Rose never fails to take such good care of me. Everyone I’ve interacted with at New Nails is very kind and helpful. They’re great about being accommodating for both walk ins and appointments. Reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend it here!

Absolutely worst experience ever. The man was very aggressive.. he would move my fingers ways they don’t move, he would grip my hands and fingers very aggressively when I would tense up, he cut three of my fingers by filing due to how hard and aggressive he was being, he didn’t speak to me besides when he was huff and puff and tell me to relax after he has cut me, ect. He was also rude to people walking in and just very disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this place ever again due to the service I have received from that man that I even tipped after the total was 65 bucks… wish I didn’t but as a waitress I always tip even though he did no deserve a single penny. Don’t recommend going or at least ask for a women to do your nails instead of him!
