The customer service is top tier! The entire staff is welcoming, genuine and friendly. Khai is an absolute sweetheart and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. My daughter had the pleasure of Amy taking care of her today and I was very impressed by her work. She is a superstar! It was my daughter’s first time at VIP and we will be back. Came in close to closing with 3 ladies for Full sets and pedicures, they were so friendly, welcoming, and nice. They made sure we all were satisfied with the service, they did a good job, and offered top tier service. I will for sure be back and I highly recommend them. Definitely did a great job with the designs on nails. Reasonably priced with lots of options to choose from.

VIP Nail Salon is now my go-to nail spa. Michelle expertly removed the overgrown toe skin of my nail during my pedicure, making me extremely happy to have finally found someone who could do so. Mimi also did a good job with my acrylic nail design. The owner and Khai were friendly and helpful, ensuring comfort for all guests.
