Most importantly, they have excellent customer service. They give me a water as soon as I sit down, candy at the end, hand and foot massage, ask about my boyfriend, all the good stuff.
They were also so sweet & made me feel like a princess by taking pictures of my nails for their instagram…I’d never been the nail model before so it was so cute. Overall I love this family owned business and I am so choosy with nail salons, so when I moved to OU I was nervous, but tried VP first and never left!
I just wanted to add that the older woman is very sweet and also gave me a deep foot and leg massage that was rejuvenating and I left feeling light as a feather. Great job and great atmosphere.
Response: First off I said something before the service was completed. FYI y’all wouldn’t have gotten anything extra. The older lady never apologized but got up instead and moved to another customer. Maybe y’all should get people that actually know what they are doing. The other PEOPLE were better. And I wasn’t given a discount. My niece got a full set $50, I got a shellac pedicure $45 which is what I normally pay, no discount given LIAR!!!
