For a 3 pm appointment I was brought back at 3:05. I had the collagen pedicure which lasted over an hour and was really nice. If you’re sensitive to fragrance products on your skin, this one is not for you.
The pedicure room is very peaceful, the salon is nice and quiet, and everyone is friendly.
My only complaint would be they do use used nail files on clients and the tools don’t seem to be sanitized in an autoclave but just washed in a sink. I will bring my own files next time.
I will likely return for nails at some point.
Manicure on the hand (no pun intended) is terrible. It literally looks like a 5yo painted my nails. It’s just gel no frills and it’s jacked. I even have paint on my fingers. I didn’t notice just how terrible it was until I got outside in the light. Ugh that’s $40 & my time wasted, not to mention what ever I will spend to correct this disaster.
