We arrived after a long drive with our kids from Arizona! It was dark and hard to find the parking at first. Once inside the young male front desk agent wasn’t very friendly and didn’t offer to answer any questions. Our room was very nice though and we slept very well. Our kids loved the rooftop pool for an early morning swim. Very memorable and well maintained! We would have enjoyed staying another couple of days if we didn’t have to keep on schedule for our Southwest USA road trip!

We were in Santa Fe for a day and so happy to have picked here to stay. The room is very simple and straight forward but we spent so little time in there, it was the perfect fit for us. Great in room coffee set up with actual half n’ half!!! The roof top pool is beautiful and has a great view for a night swim or dip in the hot tubs. We didnt get any food or drinks while there but they seemed very popular. We also did not use the spa services but does have a nice looking one on site. Staff is very friendly and very good at their jobs. Located easy walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza and with top notch valet parking. Only note, the lighting in the bathroom is not ideal of getting ready so plan accordingly. Otherwise, Highly recommend.

Overall, the hotel is good, but the rooms aren’t great. We were promised a room close to the pool and had a ‘room with a view’ that overlooked a parking lot and was very dark. When we reported this issue to guest services, we were told: “We’re sorry, but we’re fully booked.” The cleanliness was subpar, with a lot of dust present. In the end, the price paid was not worth the experience. Santa Fe is an interesting location, but we will definitely never return to this property.⬤

*After reading others reviews it seems like this hotel “appreciates” having their issues brought to their attention yet they haven’t done anything to remedy their shortfalls.

If you want to sleep in a sauna then this is the place for you. Their a/c sucks! We checked in and turned the a/c on and went to the pool. When we came back in the room it was still just as hot as it was when we checked in so we thought we’d give it a little more time and went to grab dinner. Went back to the room and it was still hot af! They sent their maintenance guy up after an hour and a half wait, and he told me he fixed it. I asked what he did and he lied to my face and said he turned off the hot water because sometimes the hot water makes the a/c blow hot. Needless to say that didn’t work at all because he lied and then offered a fan. It was almost midnight at this point so we just tried to sleep. I did not sleep at all because I was just sweating all night long. We changed rooms the next day, and we still have no a/c. I’ve called twice and went to the front desk to get fans as I’ve been waiting for over an hour for those. This hotel service SUCKS! I wish I knew this before we decided to stay here. I’ve had better experiences at holiday inn expresses than I’ve had here.

We were there for a romantic getaway. My husband booked, so please don’t say you have no record of me. 🙂 The location is great, but the staff acted like we weren’t really a priority. Our room was only cleaned two of the four days we were there. The days it was cleaned, they left the trash for some reason. We had room service items stacked outside our door for two days. I guess we were supposed to bring it all down ourselves? They told us to “look online” when we asked the front desk for room service menus. There was a wedding reception going on outside our patio only separated by a screen on one night, so we kind of felt like we were crashing the wedding! I guess we are just used to more of a service-oriented hotel. Overall, the room was nice, and we had a good time. I’m just not sure that it was the same quality of service that hotels with similar rates offer, albeit I’d never before been to Santa Fe, and I gather all the hotels are owned by this same company, so maybe they just have a more laid back vibe.
