I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I came here a few years back for a gel pedi, the polish chipped in 3 days, I came back and asked if it could be fixed and offered to pay, an old white man who was at the desk did everything shy of belittling me stating it wasn’t there problem. Should’ve learned my lesson then. My best friend took me for a birthday pedicure and my toes feel like they’ve been in a butcher shop. The ladies who did both of our toes used drills even thought it was not gel polish to remove it, I had to tell my lady 3 times I was in pain from the drill getting to hot and to close to skin, in which she continued to keep using. I have never had a drill used to take off normal nail polish. The time and care was definitely not there at this place. Horrible experience and will never return. Get people in here who know what they’re doing! They also did not replace the drill tips and were using same tools on multiple members, took 3 people to get my feet right. Dirty bathroom and floors

Went here with me mum before she left to go back home. Wanted to try a new place close to where I live. Unfriendly environment. Was rushed with everything from getting seated, putting on the nails to the lay of acrylic then to the paint. Was in and out of the chair in 30-45 minutes tops. Never have I had to write a review but the acrylic should not be this thick and bulky. Never coming again. Was also told the shape will cost $3 more after having the acrylic laid.

Went in for a manicure. Older lady who spoke no English did them. Cut and filed my nails, then used a drill to go over the top and surface of my fingernails.

My nails looked like I just rubbed them back and forth over concrete. Really scratched up from the drill. Then she proceeded to say she was done. I asked if she can buff and shine them (no polish) and they said they did not do that. I ended up going next door to Walmart to buy a finger nail buffer to get the scratches out.

I’ve never heard of a nail salon that doesn’t buff & shine. They were nice people but quality of service was unacceptable.

Horrendous experience. Toe nails were not trimmed, feet were not scrubbed. Asked for no hot towels, they did them anyways. Pedicures took a hour and a half, this is supposed to be a relaxing service. It was everything but this. Should’ve waiting for my regular salon to open. My friend and I both had 2-3 people working on us because the 2 main ones didn’t know how. Drill bits were not changed out between people or sanitized. Took $5 off the bill. This place is disgusting and a joke. We were told when checking out by the owner she cannot always be free to translate to her workers so next time we should yell for her. So unprofessional! Will not be going back ever

Ngl, I was skeptical given the reviews on here. There is nothing fancy or frilly about this place. However, the gentleman who did my acrylics and toes did a VERY good job. He did not rush and the results show! He was not very talkative but very kind. The ATM thing is weird that they want you to use when you pay so just bring cash if you decide to go here. I would return and ask for that same gentleman specifically.
