I came in today for a walk-in pedicure and brow wax. Jackie and Mai were very nice and professional. Mai did an eyebrow wax for me, and was very thorough and meticulous about making sure my brows were done right. Afterwards, she mentioned that my upper lip needed some waxing too, and boy was she right about that!
The salon was very clean and tidy. Jackie did my pedicure, and she was just as meticulous in detail. It’s the first time I haven’t been cut or hurt at a nail salon from cuticle clippers!
Their massage chairs are very comfortable and have a lot of choices, and they had a nice selection of different colors to choose from.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my pedicure and wax today, and I highly recommend them.
They are tucked behind Chile’s (they share a building) so it was a little confusing to find them at first with my Google maps, but easy to spot when you’re pulling in.

I’ve been here a few times and the atmosphere is definitely nice. The techs are friendly and they have several different service options. My gel overlays always come out really nicely when I come here & the gel dries extremely fast. The only con is sometimes they have tendency to lay the overlay a bit thin. I’m all for a natural look since I wear my own nails but my nails are lengthy so a thin overlay doesn’t work for me. If you’re looking for healthy nails, a sanitary environment, & an attentive nail tech then this is one of the best places to visit in Collierville.

I went there on 10/29/2020 to get a full set done with gel powder when not even a week later I had two nails start lifting at bottom. I messaged them and they redid the two nails on Wednesday 11/04/2020. Today is just Saturday 11/07/2020 and one of the nails that they fixed just 3 days ago has completely popped off when I was drying off. It didn’t even hurt when it did so that is how I know it wasn’t done right. I messaged them to tell them and they told me it is normal for a nail that they just fixed to be coming off and all my other nails are lifting and hasn’t even been two weeks yet. I highly do not recommend this place. I paid $60 for a set to not even last two weeks. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

Thank you Jackie and Victor for one of the best mani-pedis I’ve ever had. I stopped at Diane’s nails while traveling through Collierville, TN today. I was immediately greeted and helped with a polish choice. Because it was early and not real busy Jackie and Victor worked together, one on my hands and the other on my feet and got me back on the road in about 1 1/2 hours!!! Thank you for a very relaxing and beautiful experience. If you guys ever decide to move, we would love to have you come to Rogers, AR. 🤗
