Great environment. Everyone is so sweet, my only issue is I got chrome on my nails and not even 12 hours later they seem to be coming off. Hoping that they will be able to fix, I’ve never had a problem before tho. Always precise!

very clean environment, but these nails were not worth what i paid. i got my nails done for homecoming on friday the 13th of october this year. i showed them a picture and they followed it well! but they made some mistakes. my nail wasn’t filled all the way and the tops of my nails weren’t painted all the way. they look good until you look at all the details. they were kind as didnt take a super long time. i liked it but would not return.💗 (my nails were 73 bucks btw)

I made appointments days in advance for five people to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived at our appointment time they only used two techs to manage all five peoples service in our group. So three of the people in our group had to wait until the first two services were done before the techs even got started. All the while other techs in the salon continued to take walk-ins while members of our group (who had scheduled appointments) continued to wait. One of the girls in our group didn’t even start getting her gel soaked off until 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. They rushed through the services and the quality was poor. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend and will not be going back
