Customer Reviews:
They did fantastic work. But the customer service was TERRIBLE.
I walked in at 1:30 and walked out at 4:45. Only an hour of that was I actually having my nails worked on. I sat for about 45 minutes in a chair at the manicure table, at their direction, while they ignored me and actually worked on other clients that came in after me. They then proceeded to soak my hands in alcohol, not acetone, for 30-45 minutes. My hands were on fire and my nails didn’t come off. They did not apologize or offer any sort of discount as an apology. They also don’t actually do Dip. They do acrylic with gel. (Though they have an entire wall of dip powder). During all of the time that I was waiting I was never offered color options. I stared at the wall of dip and found a color I liked, but they didn’t have the matching gel and I had to get a different color.
The technician, Andy, was very knowledgeable and explained many of the processes and science behind doing various types of nails. However, he was stand offish and would not engage in conversation with me, though he talked to other clients around me. His shape work and design are fantastic, but he put gel on the tip of the nail then did not put a top coat on the tip so they feel weird.
I will definitely be returning and recommend this place to friends!
