*The manager/stylist was kind enough to have me return & fix the issues. I was thankful for this & appreciated the stylist taking more time to make sure I was happy about my hair*

I have been coming here for over 3 years. And this was the LAST time. I was booked with someone new on the floor and wasn’t even informed. She had to have someone tell her what volume to use on my highlights. I showed an inspiration photo and said exactly what I wanted/didn’t want. They made me sign a waiver even though I have never done that for the past 3 years.. even when I visited Centerville location (where I left crying because the stylist FRIED my hair and they had to have a senior stylist fix my highlights). She “teased” all my foils and left a whole inch of regrowth left. Besides my blonde being brighter, it doesn’t even look like I got my hair done. Even showing a stylist friend how she applied the foils an inch plus away from my scalp, she was very disappointed. You can see exactly where she applied the bleach/foils in some spots. Luckily, these spots are underneath and I can cover it. I’m tired of coming here and not getting what I ask for EVERY TIME. It is NOT CHEAP. They charge $30 just for “extra color”. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because I love Aveda products and the gal was very sweet. But, I’d recommend going elsewhere for your services.

Liz is so kind and talented!! She took the time to listen to what I was thinking and help guide me towards a look that would fit my face shape and lifestyle! The complimentary mini facial was also an awesome unexpected treat! I left looking and feeling amazing 🤩 definitely recommend!!

Got a pedicure for my birthday and it was lovely. The massage chairs are so relaxing and the staff there are all so nice! I will definitely be back for all my salon and spa services!

I am a regular customer of Kayla Washington. She is simply amazing as well as the entire staff. I have consistently received the most welcoming and fantastic service at this salon. I am treated as if I am family every time I enter and leave. I can’t express enough how much I look forward to my time spent at the Brown Street location. Simply the best!

My daughter, Shelby, came in for a consult and was told “We can definitely do the balayage you want, no problem”. After 2hrs and close to $300 later, it was nothing close to what she wanted. I called the next day and was told she could come in and they will gladly fix it. She was then told “We will do a mask treatment because we don’t want to damage your hair. What?? If you would have done it right the first time there’d be no need to redo I’ve called several times in the am and pm trying to speak to a manager only to be told she will call me back. Over a month later, no call. I held out on a negative review hoping this would be resolved.
