So many air bubbles in the nails very dissatisfied. During service she kept hitting my skin with the drill, covered my cuticle w liquid gel and continued to led dry it, then continued after to try to file some off my skin. I had anxiety attack paid and left. Definitely won’t be back! I even finished filing my nails when I got home cause she was doing the wrong shape and they’re still not how I want but at least better then what she was doing 🤷🏼♀️

I wish I could rate them higher because they were so friendly, but I got GEL nails done two days ago and three of them are already gone….pretty rediculous

I was really excited about coming to get my nails done as I read good things about this company based on the reviews just to end up kinda disappointed with my experience. I had booked online and I stated in my appointment details that I don’t get my nails done often, so I think the person who did my nails took that as I don’t really know the process too well and she rushed through it. Some of my nails are larger than the ones on my other hand, there’s little lumps of dirt and nail dust in my nails making my nails look bumpy. At the end of the process I had told her I signed up for a nail design and wanted gems on my nails, she really did not seem happy with that and rather annoyed by it. She rushed through placing the gems and they were poorly placed, the ones on my left hand are so uneven, it’s really disappointing. After I got my nails done I got into my car and noticed that the lady had cut into my cuticles and it hurts really bad, it stings. My thumb and two pinky fingers are red and swollen from the lady cutting into my cuticles and opening them up. I am overall disappointed with my service here and will not be coming back. 🙁

My mom treated me to a pre-wedding manicure and pedicure here. I had dip for the first time and a gel pedicure and I am in love with them! They came out so beautiful and I can’t wait to see how they look in the wedding photos!
