Came in during a grad week, and they were very busy. Everyone seemed to be working hard to make sure everyone was happy and serviced.
I noticed it’s a family business so they do work together to make sure you get what you’re looking for.
Overall, they were able to achieve what I asked for.
I have been doing my nails for several years and never once got burned by the machine unless it was severely high or the nail tech was being rough. However my nail beds are sore because they were rough, my mom has a split in her nail because she was burnt twice and was told she needed to remove her acrylic nails in order to get new ones when she never had to where we get them in Edmonton! And my sister has a split nail because she got burnt and the girl had the nerve to ask her if she smoke because her nail beds were light light yellow because she has had them on for longer than she normally does like really! And then they both leave and they start talking about my family really! Even if you speak among your family in your language I still know your speaking about them because you point and are doing action motion of what happened. Like be professional very disrespectful and very disappointed
