Thr owner should feel ashamed at the conditions the nail techs work in. I felt so bad for them. Atmosphere matters and can help with ratings

Victor will cut through your skin and then say well you want beautiful nails beauty is pain. No, it shouldn’t be that way. He’s inconsiderate of his customers being in pain. I gave the place another chance and the woman that did my nails left nail shavings all over my clothes. She cut me very deep when she was removing my cuticles. She applied some powder on it and pretended that nothing happened. She then soaked it in acetone. I thought that she was going to apply a cuticle softener or something other than acetone to them but she didn’t. Horrible service.

West back shop ever run do not go here bad service in black he rushed me to at but a Latino women who came got everything done then they aid plus the shaping was all messed up and my water was cold for my pedicure do not come here horrible service

This was the worst new set I have ever
Gotten.. super thick and not matching with the other hand: I feel totally unheard and I upset and I still paid $90 just for my hands that are messed up. On top of that he hurt me more the five times and file burned me several times. I am totally unhappy and I will never come back.
