29 of May I had an appointment. As it happened it is german holiday so the salon was technically closed. We both saw that my previous Appointment was 2 weeks ago and now would be the time for another one but it must be mistake or misunderstanding. Could happen to anyone. But the employee decided to be rude and instead of offering solution was talking and raising her voice at me. I told her that she can’t talk to me this way as no service should allow such behaviour towards customer. We decided that for next appointment I find another space as they are not available but we keep my June appointment.
I tried to understand that everyone can be in bad mood and let it go. In 6 hours she writes me sms that they won’t be able to take me in June also as the employee is leaving and also after our conversation and offered me to find another salon. Weird that in the morning my June appointment was fine but then suddenly not without even offer to reschedule, isn’t it?
After leaving a review on treat-well how horrible situation went, her reply was that i threaten her with leaving bad reviews everywhere and that it was me who is rude . To be clear, I am not threatening, i am leaving honest review on how disappointed I am on how one person in salon can make the whole thing look bad.
She decided in her sms that she can cover her rude behaviour and cancel me as a client. I don’t mind as salons like this are literally on every corner in Berlin. But what i do mind is when person is rude and then takes actions like this as obviously not able to calm down after this incident replies to me that i was rude. To common people knowledge it means protecting yourself and replying back as you crossed the line.
Nothing to add except be nice and polite to clients who are always on time, always nice to the employee and tip good.
