My tween daughter and I had a great experience here a few months ago –hey better late than never. I believe the woman who helped us was named Ana but everyone we spoke to helped us get the ball rolling to get color matched and look at different products. I found the staff’s attitude to be extremely positive and inclusive, like if that’s the lewk you like, then you do you! So refreshing. I love that the store is small and has more limited inventory so I can hopefully spend a little less money when I go. Thanks y’all!

I went to Sephora at today and purchased a product. It was mismarked,, and I asked an associate to assist me in finding the correct color. It was out of stock so I then needed to purchase a different product altogether. The new product I purchased was less expensive than the first one. I brought the exchange up to the register yet when the transaction was completed, I ended up getting less back than what I was supposed to get back. The cashier couldn’t figure it out so then she asked a manager come over and help who happened to be the same gentleman that assisted me with the product being out of stock. I then proceeded to explain to the manager why I thought there was a price difference and he kept telling me the computer doesn’t lie. I was trying to show him the two different receipts yet his hand was on one of them so I slid it out from underneath his hand and he said to me, “OH YOU DID NOT JUST SNATCH THAT OUT OF MY HAND? I did not snatch it out of his hand. I slid the receipt out from under his hand. He then proceeded to yell at me. I asked if he could just void the exchange and do a flat out return and then do a repurchase because I had originally used a gift card and I think that’s where the issue was coming from. He flat out refused to do that. he kept trying to mock me and making insults trying to prove me wrong. so not only was I treated horribly and was so unbelievably embarrassed in the store, for no reason, I am also short the money that I’m due. Do not shop there when this manager is working, again he is an African-American young male. This manager was not wearing a name tag. I feel like that was on purpose.

UPDATE: I did as instructed from the response that was mentioned. NO ONE has gotten back to me and I contacted Sephora 3 times. Thank you for solidifying my horrible experience.

I was at Sephora yesterday, April 28th around 4pm. I recently had a major surgery due to a cancer diagnosis. As much as it’s personal to say this it’s to put a context to the situation. I didn’t look my best because I had to wear baggy cloths and comfy shoes. I feel I was treated poorly because of my appearance. I did not have makeup on and was buying a full face of makeup from urban decay. About $250 dollars worth. It was busy and I was heading to the register… there was an employee talking to 2 ladies about a product and they all were in the middle of the isle. I went to turn around to go the other way and it was extremely busy to navigate. I said excuse me politely and the employee who was taking to the ladies (she was the one in the isle the other ladies were on the side) she looked back at me and said excuse me and looked up and down and said I’m with these customers and didn’t move and continued talking. I started to feel myself cry and stood there and said I’m trying to get by and she looked at me up and down and stared at me. The 2 woman your employee was talking to moved out of the way and said I’m so sorry and moved over for me to get through and they told the employee that they don’t need her help anymore and put all their stuff down and left. I looked at my items and just put them back and left as well. I couldn’t have addressed it then because I would have been a wreak crying. I didn’t look back to see her name but I know she was a young black haired Hispanic that was a little heavier. I know it was because of how I was dressed because I was in a rich mall. I 100% was type casted and there was witnesses. So broken from this experience. Never again.

it sucks one employee pulled my hair so hard, and I cried so hard and then a Sephora 10 year old came and pushed me! To the drunk elephant place and then I decided to buy a touch land hand sanitizer, which I looked the price and saw it was $10 but when i went to buy it the employee told me it was $100 just for one for one touch, land hand sanitizer so i did not buy it! Really disappointed

Erin and Allie we’re so knowledgeable and helpful !!! Seriously it feels like I have a cousin working there.
I’m a man shopping for make up because I’m an actor and they were so patient with me. I don’t know much about make up but I’m learning..

keyboard warriors relax! I know a man can wear make up even though he’s not an actor. Lol. 😉
