Wonderful experience! Receptionist was so kind, welcoming and informative. And Kelly was nothing short of amazing. I came with a complex design and definitely challenged her and she rose to the occasion, she even consulted team members to ensure she was doing the best approach and that colors made sense.

I’ve had a lot of bad manicures/acrylic full sets and I’m so pleased to say that Kelly was so tender and gentle with my hands but still got the job done well and in a speedy manner. She checked in with me constantly, helped me to feel less anxious about the nail file and everything and not to mention she was absolutely a joy to chat with. Thanks so much Kelly! Your pride and joy of craft is definitely a breath of fresh air. I’ll see you in a few weeks for my next appointment!

This was one of the best nail experiences I’ve had! I had an acrylic fill-in and pedicure with Kelly, and she was amazing! Very kind, friendly, and attentive. If anything hurt or was uncomfortable, she would change her method so it was more accommodating, and I really appreciated that. Very calm, clean shop atmosphere. Great location as well.

It was definitely pricey, but I’ve had a hard time finding affordable nail salons for a while… so I don’t think that’s an issue just for this shop. They were atleast very transparent with their prices and handed me a menu when I sat down with all the services and prices listed so I can review them before choosing. All in all, would definitely go back!

Lux has a very elegant environment, and the staff and owner are very accommodating. I will definitely return to this nail salon. I asked for a winter color that wasn’t bright red. This color is ‘Soul Sista’ and it is very pretty on! I’m very pleased!

I LOVE NIKKI!!! she has done my nails twice now and i love them! first my birthday nails and now my nails for italy!! both times i have come to her with not so simple designs and she eats it up everytime.

$140 for a classic pedicure and an acrylic fill!?! I mean why are these prices acceptable? I made an appointment for 4:45 and I did not walk out until almost 7:00 because I sat for almost an hour between my pedicure and my fill. Pretty much a $50 upcharge just for getting gel polish. Are you charging me for the whole bottle of nail polish? And check out the nice $140 job that made my toe bleed from her trying to trim my toenail and the insanely crooked pinky nail.
