I never do reviews but I just had to share. I’ve been going to this place for a while now and I always do the same thing. Regular polish on my toes and a full acrylic set with a tip. I recently went here on Friday 4/12/2024 to get serviced. Firstly, I initially stated that I wanted regular polish on my toes and I wanted a tip on both of my BIG TOES. The guy who did my toes did not put the tip. Fine. I let it go. When it came time to do my nails he did a sloppy job. The white base nail polish he used underneath to make my nail color pop was showing through the tip. You could literally see that the tip was just not done correctly. After mentioning this, they did get another nice lady to fix it. The next morning I noticed that my nail bed was changing colors. It looked as though my nail was loosing pigment under the acrylic. I went to the shop, showed them my nails and a lady insisted that it was an allergic reaction to the acrylic. I explained that I never had this issue before and I come here often, but she insisted that the reaction could happen at any time. She explained that she would recommend taking the nails off. She also explained that it would be free of charge to remove the nails, but that I would have to pay for any additional services regardless of the fact that I had just gotten my nails done the day before and payed $71. Not to mention I also left a good tip. They couldn’t even polish my nails for free let alone give me some type of credit or half of a refund…nothing. So I had to end up paying an additional $15 to polish my nails because I literally had no options…as I had plans. It is just so disappointing that I wasted money there an absolutely nothing was done. I understand the policy but it just seems as though a business that truly values their customers (especially loyal ones) would have done a little more concerning this situation. I most likely will not return.

Gel mani-pedi. Pedicure looked fantastic- the person who did them was very thorough.
Nails not so much. Requested manicure with gel polish. The polish was thick and clumpy and the manicure was actually one of the worst I’ve ever gotten.
Both services cost 95.
The salon was clean and they used new tools.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The check -in and customer service was very efficient . This was my first time receiving a pedicure at this nail salon. Great customer relations. I will be back.

I had a great experience. I had the deluxe pedicure and Manicure American tips..$$$but worth it…Just wish they did deep massage for the calves.. clean …I don’t know if there chairs massage or not… but I will go back
