Pedicure was great.
Regular pedicure $35.
Manicure needed work really rushed as the tech was doing my feet another tech rushed and done both hands while I was in a MASSAGE chair, $68 for something I could’ve done for $10. I came home and removed 4 designs on my nails (the French tips were decently ok) so I pretty much wasted my money per design. Luckily they fixed the hair stuck under one of my nails that was cured in. Left my old nail polish under the new (you can see purple on my thumb) unfortunately didn’t notice till I got home. $103 + $20 tip.

Exotic nails is amazing, the environment is so friendly and inviting, I get my manis and pedis done by Nacea and she is absolutely the best and gives you exactly what you’re looking for with the best experience❤️❤️

This nail shop gets zero stars!!! I went to this shop because it’s close by my home! I’ve tried to give the workers plenty of chances but every time they disappoint me! I visited this shop on 07/13/2024 to get a fill in and let me start by saying the aurora in this place is off the workers look at you and give you attitude when you ask if there is paper towels to dry your hands with! So any who Cindy decided to call the cops on me because the nail technician that did my nails did a horrible job and I told her I wasn’t paying 75 for a fill in that I did not like the cops came and I explained my part Cindy said she didn’t care about the customer she just wanted the 75 dollars I will never step foot back inside this horrible place I am very particular about my nails and this place just can’t deliver! Don’t waste your money go somewhere else that will welcome you and care about how they make you feel

I calculated my pedi, acrylic nails, & eyebrows, but for some reason my total was higher than supposed so I questioned it and I was told the price list hanging on the wall wasn’t accurate when they are done doing your nails the manager looks at it and throw a price!! Not to mention, my nails weren’t to my liking so I went back to get them fixed and the customer service and her (the manage Cindy) so instead of me getting French which I originally had, I asked her to just fully coat it and asked her would I be discounted next time since it’s $25+ for French tips etc. & this lady said NO. I say this to say I tried giving this place a chance but I’m starting to believe the rumors of this place!

Only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because they get mad when you want to just take off everything and get nothing else and try to force you to get your nails done if your just getting your toes done. They are for sure in it for the money and not satisfaction, and they do not know what SHORT is when it comes to nails.. Sorry but not sorry
