always have Bobby to take care of my every need, he is not only kind and courteous, but he is a hard worker and he is extremely professional. I have been going to him for over 12 years and I can honestly say that he performs my services excellently every single time and I get so many compliments from people, I know, and even from strangers about the good job that he did for me. those that work at the Spa are exceptional and hard-working individuals. I always enjoy my time there, It is like a Vacation Day!
At times they have been short staffed and I had to wait even though I had an appointment, but the staff has always been apologetic and polite.
If I am not satisfied with the shape, color or end product, they have offered to redo my nails. If a product didn’t last or work well, the staff has suggested other option.
I have tried other salons when I could not get an appointment, but I found a number of them cold or unprofessional in their conversation.
