I have been a loyal bi-weekly customer of Best Nail and Spa since 2006. I have always been taken care of timely and professionally. The team is versatile. My services have transitioned with time from getting acrylic (full set or fill-in) to gel. I now get Dipped Powder, Pedicure, and Eyebrow waxing. The time spent during my nail and pedicure appointment is always relaxing and reduces the stress from my busy work week. My family and I are all patrons of the Salon. Kudos to the Best Nail and Spa Team! See you in two weeks!😉

Just left this salon. I’ve been here a total of 4 times. I had been looking for a new salon after doing my own gel pedicures for quite a few years, it just gets tiring. I originally noticed the good reviews on here and some comments said they offer water, wine and other beverages. I called to confirm that the first time I came in. I was told yes, but when they say me down for my pedicure I was not offered anything…the 2 customers at the other end were offered drinks. My pedicure was just a regular gel pedicure, nothing fancy, but she didn’t interact with me at all, so I minded my own business and was happy with the results. The second time I came in, I got a different person and she did a really great job, I was very happy with her pedicure. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, but I didn’t mind because she did a really great job. The last 2 times were really bad. I tried looking for the same girl who did it last time, but I haven’t been able to find her. So the 3rd time, the lady did not do a massage, she was draining and removing the plastic barrier from the tub at the same time she was exfoliating me, then she put my legs in the tub and threw her gloves in there too, I asked her to cut down a little and do the same French that the last girl did, but it wasn’t nearly as nice. I told her I just wanted the sheer pink as a base, but she game me a hot pink and a baby pink polish and told me to try them on my nails, I told her no because I had my nails done, and asked her to just grab the sheer pink top coat and that would be fine. I did not complain and still tipped her well. Today was the 4th visit, and I was hoping to get the girl I liked, but the lady from my last visit was standing outside on the phone and followed me inside telling me to request her, then she told the receptionist that she’s going to do it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went with it, but chose a solid polish to avoid conflict. Again, she did not massage, again she drained and removed the plastic barrier as she was exfoliating and threw her gloves in with my feet. This time she polished messily and I did mention that to her but she put the lamp on one of my feel while she cleaned up the other, so the gel top coat is hardened over my cuticles in some places on one foot. It’s a light color, so not a huge deal, but now I’ll have to go home and soak them off and redo them or get them done somewhere else. She then went to pull my pant leg down and I realized she somehow wet she back of my pants, not sure how if they were pulled all the way up above my knees. She gave me her name and told me she’ll do next time too, but after 4 visits, there’s not really a reason for me to come back.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Friendly staff. 2 story nail salon. The store is very clean. Nancy & Ayanna do my nails. They are very meticulous & efficient. The store has a nice variety of colors available. They also have gelx nails, which are hard to find. Pricing is affordable & competitive.
