IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Although I arrived on a Friday afternoon and I was seated right away to receive a pedicure, I was highly dissatisfied with the results although the massage was nice. I could have went to a massage parlor for that. I’ll try to be frank. I paid $53 for a deluxe pedicure, which felt good but left my feet rough with dead skin all over. The package reflected “ this package is ideal for tired, stressed, and dry feet nourishing and promoting soft skin for a youthful and radiant glow. The package included regular pedicure, callus remover, your choice of voesh scent sugar scrub, voesh lotion, deep moisturizing voesh foot mask, Hot towel wrap, massage and polish of your choice. The massage was good, the work set aside from my toenail polish was poor. My feet were rough on the side, and I have dead skin on the back of my foot, and under my foot. I posted pictures for you to see. If you take a look at the pictures, this dead skin can literally be removed with a simple foot file, but why should I have to go behind there work if I paid $149 for my feet and nails and I didn’t even receive a manicure. I paid $119 for my service and tipped $30 for my toes and nails. I asked if my nails would take longer than an hour for a refill and I was told it wouldn’t take as long. Which it did not, but my fingers were left rough and dirty as well. After getting my finger nails filed and shaped, the nail tech dusted my fingers with a brush and continued to proceed. I wasn’t even asked to wash my hands.😳
The gentleman progressed to paint and lotion my hands before even being cleaned after completing the service. Extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Wait there is more, I came back the next afternoon and a gentleman approached me. I was hoping to speak with the woman that seemed as if she was the manager the day before, but she was with a client. She was always so pleasant. I came close to the gentleman and spoke very discreetly to prevent embarrassment the techs and the establishment. In the kindest manner possible I informed him that my feet were still rough and that I wasn’t satisfied with my service from the day before. I asked the gentleman did he want to feel how rough they were and he chuckled and said “ You have rough feet.” 🤔 This was very confusing because he never even looked at or touched my feet to begin with. I continued to explain that I paid over $80 for my pedicure and would like them to be fixed, insinuating that they at least file the dead skin. He responded to my request with another chuckle and told me to come back in an hour. I left and called my husband in such disappointment. I was going to return to get them fixed, and he told
me to forget about the experience and pick another nail salon moving forward. He said there is no use in going back if I wasn’t satisfied. I’m 4 months pregnant and he just wanted to make me feel better about the poor pedicure. NEVER GOING BACK! NEVER RECOMMENDING! 0 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! 0 STARS FOR POOR RESULTS!

Based on reviews I stopped in to get a shellac and 10/10 would not recommend. The streak marks are terrible, the tech left polish on my skin, parts of some nails didn’t even get completely coated. I would have been better off painting my nails at home, not worth the price.

I have gotten the best dip manicures here. they take their time and it shows! Always clean and very friendly. I will continue to come here when we vacation in Hilton Head.

Stopped in for a manicure. They did an excellent job and the salon was incredibly clean and professional.

Very clean, professional and kind. Had a lovely experience. Even took me earlier than my appointment time. Nails and toes are done perfectly! Highly recommend the sugar scrub pedicure.
