Whether coming in for services or to buy a gift, every visit to Nancy Taylor Day Spa is amazing. Even after the Covid shutdown the spa is a clean, safe space that still gives you a relaxing “spa day” feeling. All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating, can’t wait to go back!

Do not give these people your business. They will charge you more than advertised and their staff is incompetent. They are deceptive, purposely or not, about what they’re actually doing to your hair. They won’t give you the right color if you’re getting it dyed. They use products that will ruin your hair. Some workers will literally rip some of your hair out trying to brush it. Just woefully incompetent and a terrible business overall. I can’t speak for their massages but based on this absolutely terrible experience, these people deserve to go out of business.
