My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our hour long pedicure. Hot stones, sugar scrub, excellent foot and calf massage, so much more. Can’t wait to get the paraffin treatment next time.

As always Kim did a fantastic job. However I had an appointment and had to wait 15 minutes to get started with water for pedicure and nail polish removal. Then in the middle of service she had to go over and fix a lady’s nail who walked in. This caused a delay even though there were other technicians who were there not helping anyone. One finally did go over and finished the nail repair job.

I don’t feel like majority of the nail techs here are experienced. I have been a few times and I am never very impressed. Their pedicures are way better than their manicure services. I got my nails done here and not even 2 days later my pinky nail acrylic fell off.

Sloppy, and rushed. Nail tech’s fingernails were filthy and unkempt. She kept answering the phone and only partially did my nails. Poorly shaped- uneven and squared when I specifically said rounded. She also kept arguing with me in the beginning because I didn’t want gel. Likely because she could get more money. Drying was a small portable desk fan. Soaking was just lukewarm tap water. Cuticles weren’t done. Polish only went 3/4 down to cuticle and pooled at edges, clear topcoat is all over the sides of my nails. Could have had a better manicure from an 14 year old. All that to say: find someplace else!
