So I have sat with this for a few days. I got my nails done with this salon for the first time on Saturday and unfortunately, it was the last time I will be going to this salon.

The vibes of the nail tech and salon were GREAT and I was so excited to have a more personable kind of nail tech. Her insta was beautiful and her online portfolio was fantastic. She owns her small business which was another box checked for me AND she had great reviews on Google. Over 4 stars ⭐️ I really thought I had found MY NEW NAIL TECH while I was getting the service.

However – the end results is equally as important to me because that is why I am there and that is what I’m spending my money on. In the end, the nails were bumpy, dust and debris were encapsulated under the polish. The polish was sloppy and left on my fingertips. (Although she did try to remove as much as she could) The chrome did not stick to the design completely and it was so sloppy in many areas. The shape of the nails is not uniform at all and I left so dissatisfied and disheartened. On top of that, I didn’t do the extra initial design I wanted because I had no time (I had a prior engagement and my appointment did go over the 2 hours time frame by about 15 extra minutes – my prior engagement was to start at 12:30 and was 30 minutes away from the shop) so I had no time to discuss with her about the lack of quality either. I also saw the snake and didn’t want anything more on the nails because I thought it may have saved them for me to go with “less is more” but it didn’t. I made an excuse, paid my total, and left the shop.

$85 + a tip for an experience that was not well rounded enough to be worth my time nor money. I was so hopeful when I went in there and I hate to leave a negative review on a small business but to me, the service is not worth it. I took the L for my nails at this shop, but I don’t think anyone else should have to.

Cathy was AMAZING!!!! My friend recommended me to her after I had a terrible experience at another salon and Cathy made sure that I was well taken care of. She took her time with everything and trusted her fully. She really does take care of her clients and I will be back again!! Thank you ❤️

Cathy was excellent in everything she does in her salon! She is very talented, knowledgeable, incredibly kind and she always treats her clients with the best care! I would highly recommend her to anyone. I received an amazing Manicure and Pedicure from her! Don’t hestitate to schedule with her!!!

Cathy is so great! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon and I’m thankful I found Cathy. She’s so passionate about her works. She takes time to make my nails so pretty. Highly recommend!

Cathy was absolutely amazing!! I had seen her on google looking for a new nail salon. I saw her and instantly wanted to go! I had the pleasure of her doing my nails and my friend for prom, they look AMAZING! Her prices are adorable, she takes her time, and gets to know the client one on one, unlike 3 other salons I’ve tried. I absolutely will be recommending her to others!
