Called 15 min before going, only waited 5 min. Then took barely 25 min to do a full acrylic french tip set and they came out amazing!!! Highly recommend this place. It was my first time here and definitely will not be my last! 🙂

Best looking acrylic nails I have ever received! The nail tech took his time and put effort into making these look perfect for me. I am so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend!

Based off of recent reviews and pictures, I thought this was going to be a great place.

I booked a spa pedicure for 1 hour. Let me preface this by saying the seats for pedicures are all in a smaller area across and next to each other. So if you’re talking to your tech, everyone can hear it. I sit down for the pedicure and the tech tells me she can only do a basic pedicure. She said no time for 1 hour. I just politely told her I booked a spa pedicure for 4:15pm …. And that it was an hour long that’s why they didn’t schedule me till this time. She said she only had time for basic pedicure and wasn’t understanding. I told her that’s okay I can leave. I got my shoes on quietly to leave but she came back and said I can sit down she will make time. I then sat back down extremely embarrassed. All of the women getting pedicures were staring at me while all the techs talked amongst each other. I was embarrassed the entire time getting the pedicure and was not relaxed.

None of the technicians could tell me what the differences were between the basic, the spa, the bath bomb pedicure, amongst others. They have quite a few options but with no details on their pricing sheet. Nor did anyone know, I had to keep asking the receptionist who then had to ask someone else.

As far as the service goes. The water was luke warm at best. I did ask for it to be hot but again, I don’t think I was understood. It was supposed to come with a foot mask, but it did not. They rub lotion on your legs and feet, give a massage, and use I’m assuming what they call a scrub/exfoliant. It did not get anything off of the bottom of my feet, and she spent maybe 10 seconds if that using the actual item that is supposed to get the dead skin off. The hot stones, were cold. She dipped them in my pedicure water to make them “hot” which did not work. Thankful I did not get any polish because I didn’t want to waste another penny.

I would have been better doing an at home pedicure. Nothing about the experience was relaxing and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been going to Magnolia for over a year now. I love love love them! My nails have never been stronger, more beautiful and better maintained! Now who to go to? I’ve seen and worked with them all at some points- I have my favorites of course but I’ve never had bad service from ANYONE- you’re in great hands!

First time there. Went with my daughter who gifted me pedi. I took basic for $35. We were seated next to each other. Took first two pedi chairs. Daughter was waited on immediately. I Waited several minutes without any acknowledgement. Older woman came by then went in back room. I could tell immediately she was in a mood. She came back and asked for my nail color and proceeded to begin pedi. Her whole demeanor was unprofessional. She acted as if she didn’t want to be at work She patted on the pad when I was to lift my foot. She barely filed my nails and did not attempt to clip or clean them. She clipped cuticles and applied polish. I was Not very impressed at all and very disappointed in the service she provided. She never spoke a word or thank you when tipped. My daughter’s nail tech was the complete opposite. Attentive, friendly and asking questions about the service as she was working on her pedi.
