Easy to locate over eastern. Good parking.
Never disappointed with this place. I have used its services for years.
The range of services is pretty good (hair cuts men/women, color, hair deep conditioning, etc.)
The good service starts when you call to make the appointment, there are very nice and accommodating over the phone).
They offer services on two faces: 1 and 2. Face 2 being with students ready to culminate their training.
They pretty much stick to the time of the appointment which avoid long waits in the salon.
The students are very nice and talented. The instructors are there to support their team members.
The results always nice. I see happy customers all the time.
I would recommend this place.

It is okay. Just okay. This is a school so I understand there is a lot to learn. Be prepared for the students to gossip about everyone right in front of you to their friends. Swearing, shocking stories, and more. I guess it should be considered entertaining. I was a bit put off. I think an instructor could tell but when she came to ask me whats wrong I couldn’t say anything. There was also some hair from a wig back by the big hair dryer that was poring from a locker on the floor and had lint and dirt on it and people stepping in it in the walkway. Kind of gross. The front area is nice though. You may have to wait long periods of time to get in even if you have an appointment. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.
This is a school so I will give it 3 stars. If this were a professional salon I’d be giving it 1 star.

This review has nothing to do with the student but strictly with staff. Staff is not on the same page and need more guidance.
The color that I wanted was not the color that they had, so they tried creating the same color which turned out to be a complete fail. Mind you it was a color that they did not need to make and it was a simple color I had before from the same place. A teacher was guiding the student on measurements on how to TRY and make the color that was not in stock! The student even asked for assistance from the instructor. The part that got me was that they failed to tell me that they did not have the color in stock and were trying to create it by mixing colors. The color that was created had my hair looking like it was bleached. Now mind you I am a dark brown haired. Later after confronting the student and telling her my hair looks bleached she then told me that they tried creating the color because it was not in stock. After, spending over 4 hours in the salon they had me come in for a refinement to correct the color. I reschedule the appointment and received a call a day prior to my appointment telling me they couldn’t honor it because it was passed 10 days! At no point did any staff member convey this to me after calling to reschedule or even while scheduling. I tried to speak to Amanda but the individual that called me alleged she was a manager and the person above her was the owner. My recommendation is, #1– tell people you don’t have the color they desire in stock and give people and option if they want to proceed or come back. Number two advise people of the refinement policy. Be honest is how you keep people coming back.

I was nervous going in because I have not had my hair done in years but rest assured Austin will make you feel comfortable! We were both excited at end results despite me failing the bleach hair strand test but she gave me tips on how to pass it. I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and right on time with my appointment. I will continue to go to Austin till she graduates!

I arrived early for my appointment, checked in, and sat to wait for someone to call me. 4 people came in after me and were taken back before I was. I waited until 25 minutes after my appointment time (I checked in 25 minutes early too) and was ignored at the desk. So I walked out. Sad, I use to love working with newbie hairdressers…
