This salon looks nice. But looks can be deceiving. The lady who did my nails was barely friendly and constantly talked to her co-worker in their language. Very rude. But wanted to know if I was going to tip before she even started on my nails. The color I chose for my powder acrylic was not the same as the sample so, she suggested a color which ultimately I didn’t like. She then got an attitude. Also, a couple of my nails were crooked so I asked her to fix it. And she started using profanity as she spoke to her co-worker about it. I simply paid & existed. Very poor service & I’ll never go back there. If you want good service avoid this salon.

The customer experience was horrible. Im in town visiting but this would never be the place of choice. The spa is dirty, unorganized with unprofessional workers. I came to the nail shop for a pedicure, fix a chip nail and eyebrow wax. They should never says they offer Deluxe Pedicure their lavender lotion rubbed to the legs doesn’t make it deluxe!!! They were unwilling to do dip color on ONE of my fingers to match the one finger that they made tacky with color. They loss an additional $40 from me just because they don’t know how to take care of there customers. If I could give them a zero star I would!!!

I got a shellac pedicure that was well overdue and a guy named Maan made sure to trim my nails to my liking and was very good at detail. I got a leg and foot massage that nearly had me in a coma and he even offered an additional service at first (that I’ll for sure be getting next time because if the basic was this good, I’m wondering 🤔). This was a very good first impression and there were no dirty towels and terrible customer service. I walked straight in and got serviced. My new go to place 🤩
