It was my first time at Nails Gate, entered without an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and talkative. I was frequently asked if I’m happy with how my nails look, I have not experienced that much communication at other nail salons. I really enjoy my French style nails and would definitely come back!

Very good experience. Anyone can be fast but Thuy is fast, thorough AND very friendly and kind (which for me are true values in this field).
👌🏾 The place is clean and they have a great music selection (so it’s not uncomfortably quiet).
👍🏾 I even got a fidelity card with the 1st stamp on it.

👍🏾 They take both appointments and walk-ins. Attention in German and English. It was my 1st time and won’t be the last.

For reference: hand with ring is the picture I showed for the tips. Hand with the blue, violet and pink tip is my result.

2/5 because:

– my cuticles are destroyed and hurt.
– the three nails I wanted with the colored tip don’t look at all like the picture (they’re too thin + round)
– all nails are not shaped as the picture, which I specifically asked for

2/5 because:

The ladies were okay-ish. Not too friendly but also not unfriendly, they took me in even though my appointment wasn’t for that day (I didn’t notice about that and apologized, they still took me).
They offered a drink.
They took time 1h and a half to make the nails. (I already had Gel so it was not a New Set.

They speak basic German and English.

Hands down the worst nail experience ive had in a while. The language barier wasn’t even the issue. I have been getting my nails done since highschool and ive never had such poor acrylics done. We were told to wait for 10 mine instead we waited for 15-20. The main issue is that i was there for about 2 hrs 30 min and the first girl took made my nails way to short and the wrong shape even though i had a picture, she then got up and left to help another customer and after a while the guy working on my friends manicure did mine as well attempting to fix the girls mistakes. I couldnt wait for him to finish it took far too long i had to leave . Honestly cant believe i payed 20Euro for unfinished nails that i could have done better at home
