Really disappointing. I went to do a gel extention ombré and the lady put acrylic. I asked her to change to gel as that’s what I asked first. She changed and did not do the ombre I asked in the first place because the machine didn’t work so she try to do it another way that was absolutely not looking good. So I told her to just put paint the nails all black. She was really rough on my fingers, even were hurting me. The nails extention are super thick and really not well done at the cuticule, already growing back. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Could be because we came in the evening but it was very rushed and the end result was not worth the price. As you can see in the picture (taken literally 2 mins after we left) it’s messy and uneven, does not look like a fresh pedicure. They didn’t put lotion on my feet or give a foot massage. My friend got a manicure with similar results. I understand that it was the last appointment of the day and the staff was nice but we were disappointed 🙁

I really wanted to like this place and give it a nice rating because it’s so close to my house and would have been soooo convenient for me to visit it regularly, but unfortunately I can’t.

I visited this place for the first time a month ago, showed them a photo of what I wanted and got a manicure + shellac that lasted almost 3 weeks. So far so good.

The second time I visited was what made me realize I will not return.
The shellac started peeling off after less than 24 hours. I returned the next day, and the staff was nice enough to fix it. Then again after one day it started peeling off again, this time also breaking some parts of my (usually very strong and thick) nails with it.
I returned to the studio (third time) and fixed it again. I told them this lack might be old because it didn’t happen the first time, but the owner insisted it is brand new and my nails are just very very thin and that’s why it keeps on breaking (Of course it’s thin, they have been polishing it sooo much for three days in a row, leaving hardly any nail surface).

After the third time fixing it, the lack started breaking again, while taking some nail parts with it. I didn’t return anymore to fix it the 4th time because what’s the point.

The studio is great! I had my old nails removed and got new gel nails with french look done and I am more than happy. I walked in without an appointment as well and was taken care of immediately. Can only recommend! Thank you for everything 🙂
