I would give zero stars if possible. Our first time at this location, but we will never go back. My wife had her nails done on a Thursday night entering a holiday weekend and on Friday the nails were already chipping. I called on Tuesday after returning from our weekend tulip and they said they were busy right then and said to come back the next day. When I came back the next day they said the woman who did the nails was not in that day and to come back the next day. We came back the next day and they said they only have a three day policy and we should have ended our vacation and come back to the salon 🤦🏻‍♂️. I presented the photo with the timestamp of the next day after the nails were done, but the person couldn’t do the date math and said it would cost money. They don’t care about their customers and they don’t stand by their work. I advise taking your business anywhere else.

I would like to add an update to this review. While I will never go to this location again, I do like some of the other locations. However the owner not only has no interest in doing the right thing, he notified his other locations not to do business with us. So not only does this owner not care about the service provided, he also doesn’t care about repeat customers. There are many other salons to go to and it is worth going out of my way to avoid giving this man our money and supporting NT Nails. It really isn’t worth the trouble and what motivation does the owner have if people still use their services. I hope this review is useful for others and that you can avoid this sort of treatment.

This is my second time coming to NT nails. And this appointment I had Sunny. She was amazing! She took me in at almost 6:30 and gave me a full set when they closed at 7. I was super appreciative of her willingness to help me so late. And she did an amazing job on my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back to her. Thank you!!!

Always such a pleasant experience! Jackie at the front desk is wonderful! She always greets me with a smile and good conversation.

I get my nails done by EJ and I just love her! She can do pretty much anything you want color/design wise. She’s very thorough and always so kind. I’m a pretty basic, simple girl when it comes to my nails so this last time I told her EJ she could do whatever she wanted. She picked a gorgeous color that looked good with my skin tone and added a few adorable flowers. They are the perfect spring nails. I just love her!!

During a time EJ was out I saw Giselle and she too did a great job! Educated me a little on my nails, which was nice and the color combo was just what I was looking for.

I also get pedicures here but don’t see anyone specifically, they all seem to do a great job! Plus, many pedicure options to choose from.

This is and has been my favorite nail salon since they opened, I won’t go anywhere else!

I wanted a simple almond acrylic solid dark red, and the first color she swatched was too bright, so I asked for a darker red, and she put black underneath before putting on the same red i didn’t want. So she’s done with my nails, and I asked her why it looks brown, and she said it didn’t and they were fine. I went up to pay 60 dollars for messed up nails while the woman at the desk asked if I was satisfied, and I said no, and she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. At this point, I was late to other plans made that day and had to leave. Now I’m not an adult yet, and even my parents said that these nails look brown in the light black inside. There was no red hint of anything. I even showed her a picture of the color I wanted, and she said she got it. I went back the next day and literally on their wall says “2 day regular polish fix mani or pedi” the woman at the desk with her attitude tells me that if I wanted it to be something different I should’ve done it before I paid for it and left telling me I said nothing that I didn’t like it when I said I was unsatisfied paying for it and she said nothing to it. As I can’t deal with confrontation she tells me I have to pay another 30 on top of the 60 to change the color for solid nails it should not be 90 dollars I got a way better mani for prom that was full of color and shapes for 75. My parents so kindly went to the store with me to calmly talk about it and show the lady it even says on their board on the wall they fix them free of charge and the lady tells me I have gel polish on and that is only for regular. Anyone who go get their nails done, they give you a very large set of colors to choose from and never say what is gel or isn’t the lady who did my nails didn’t even ask if I was doing gel or not. The woman at the desk continuously interrupts and says she can’t do anything and they’re busy and that I should’ve done it the day I got them done. Maybe put somewhere first that the colors are gel or not for which colors you pick and then put that you can’t fix them if you leave even if it says on the board you will. She gives us a managers card and says, “Come back another day.” Terrible customer service, no manners calling us honey and patronizing us. Also, hearing how she spoke to the previous lady on the phone asking for a fix of her nails, I don’t think you should be in customer service if you don’t know how to handle it properly. In the picture you see the first is black and what i asked for is red and what i showed the lady that I wanted.

I’ve been coming here for a year and leave happy every time. They’re all very nice and professional and will help if you aren’t sure what you want. Recently started bring my friend for a girls day. Love it here.
