Today I walked in to see about getting a pedicure as I wanted to give them another try since the location is convenient. Upon walking in no one acknowledged me but a few seconds after I walked in another lady came in behind me & they acknowledged what I thought was me & when I asked about a pedicure she looked at the lady behind me & asked if we were together to which the lady shook her head & the lady proceeds to ask her to take a seat & then she completely ignores me & let’s me stand there before I just decided to leave.
Very unprofessional & rude. Will not be going back.
Updated: $65 plus a $20 tip for just my fingernails which was fine except one broke 4 days later. Went in at opening to get it fixed (called two days ago to make sure). Said they were too busy to fix one nail and I had to come back in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes to get there and work evenings so I’ll just have to go to an entirely different nail salon and pay to have the one nail done.
