I’ve been coming here for a few months and it’s very hit or miss in terms of how your nails will turn out based on the technician. Today I had Tommy I believe and he treated me absolutely terribly. He kept slamming the polishes on the table, jerking my hands around in a very aggressive way, when I asked him if he could make my nails a little bit shorter he yelled “TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT”. I asked if he could cut my cuticles and he said no. It was such an uncomfortable experience, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m not sure why he treated me like this, I barely spoke two words to him, just requested he make the polish thin since the last time I had the done was a little too thick and I even specified it wasn’t him or his fault. Such a crazy experience.

**edit** got my nails and toes done today and just want to add how amazing all the staff is at AV Nails! The vibes are so positive and upbeat. I asked for a little design, and my nail tech did a wonderful job! I love going here. They always treat everyone with so much kindness and respect. ❤️

I came in today looking for a new nail home and I was very pleased with my experience! My technician was Jesse and he did amazing! He made sure my polish was very clean, and my cuticles was very clean! Each step he made sure I was happy before proceeding which I loved! I think I found my new nail home! I’m okay with driving 30 mins for Jesse! Thank you! Also the nail shop itself is very beautiful! I will be back!

I just had the most miserable pedicure of my life. I’m a pretty patient person but got annoyed after I waited 35 minutes with an appointment. Isn’t a pedicure supposed to be relaxing? The technician was so rough and forceful. She was very annoyed when I said that I had gel polish on that needed to he removed and used a cuticle clipper to remove it. I said “ouch’ a few times and the response was, “yeah” I feel like I did something wrong and was being tortured. Very unprofessional, uncaring and clearly they don’t appreciate their customers.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend.
