I am a local to the community and have been using this liquor mart for years. Unfortunately today I had a terrible experience with a new woman they hired. I’ve never seen her before older white woman with a terrible attitude. Refused my family member service later that day based off an interaction I had with her. Losing business for the company and losing a loyal customer. Sad and pathetic excuse of customer service. She was extremely rude to me because my parking was slightly crooked. I explained to her that on the way into the parking lot my power steering had went out and I would be in and out. She continued to berate me instead of showing any empathy or human decency. Hire better employees! I used to love this place. I’m truly sad.
